New members are always welcome. We have a simple registration process. Your first session is free, if you come and do happen to decide you don’t wish to continue, that’s fine (or you might decide to come back another time, but that’s fine too).
STEP 1: Contact our Enrolment Officer
If you have decided you would like to enrol, firstly contact our Enrolment Officer and confirm the day you would like to attend. They will be able to advice which days we have vacancies.
STEP 2: Complete Form
Complete the Enrolment Form (attached below) and hand it to our Play Leader or Group Rep on your first day.
STEP 3: Paying Fees
Kelmscott Playgroup is non-profit, therefore we rely on fees to help keep running. Our fees ensures we can keep our Play Leader as well as covering our rent. Unfortunately we cannot get any government grants for assistance. All fees are due prior to the fourth enrolled session at Kelmscott Playgroup.
Fee charges per family are as follows:
- $50 for one day or $80 for two days per term
- Compulsory Playgroup WA Membership (includes Insurance): $35 per year
- Playgroup WA Membership with pension/health care card: $15 per year.
Payments can be made via:
- Cash or Cheque (Payable to Kelmscott Playgroup Inc.)
- Or Direct Deposit (Put your reference number, child’s name & day they attend as a note).
